Hi, thanks for contacting us, to remove your server from our list you must follow this steps:
-Add the server to your favourite list by clicking on Add to favourites in you servers page.
-Remove it from game-state by clicking icon in your favourite list: http://www.game-state.com/favourites/
(Note: Before you can delete your server from game state you need to prove that you are the server administrator simply by selecting "Claim server" and following the procedure)

We cannot do anything to stop this since your server is using a public ip address and anyone can add it to Game-State. However if you want to prevent your server being added to server lists like Game-State, i suggest you to follow the INVERSE procedure explained in this post, this way TS3 bots will see your server always offline.

Anyway, our service is not really that invasive. Game-State contacts your server every 3 minutes, and the worst server in this world can bear this... maybe you are annoyed from our bot "Game-State.com", but by default TeamSpeak 3 doesn't show bots, perhaps mistakenly you have enabled this feature.
