there is new client thats not detected its called iv mp t4 it supports gta iv and its dlc eflc also ,, here is the
link "http://www.iv-mp.eu/" i hosted a server and its not detected yet , the older multiplayer is detected well as i checked ( the T3 client "http://www.gta-ivmp.com/" )

the older client (IV-MP 0.1 T3 R1) is no longer detected my server is running now but here its offline , also added <queryport>10136</queryport> to config setting and not dectected

Yeah, it's nice to see support for new IV-MP T4. If you need PHP Query code, I can ask developer for it. I hope that you soon add support for newest IV-MP multiplayer
