Image Banner - Bug

Hello. I have 1 little Problem please solve it!

you can't choose an image size. the url doesn't change, but when i change the URL like this:

http://www.game-state.eu/85.114.133.65: ... 350x20.png

it doesn't show the image, only a blank white image

Use another browser like chrome...
we'll solve as soon as possible on firefox too
