Erro adding my server

Hi! When i try to add my server its say
Error Error! This server is not online!
But the server its online.
The server is
Server IP : 188.212.105.197
Server Port : 27015
Game : counter strike 1.6
Query Port : 27015
The server is hosted in Romania.
Can you help me please?

Maybe your host has banned our IP, and we can't contact your server...
Please, contact your hosting service provider and explain them your problem with us.
Tell them to disable all firewall and to check if the IP 91.215.156.29 is banned.
