Minecraft server offline

Hello!
I tried to add my Minecraft server. It worked for 2 days (showed the server is online etc.). But now it shows that the server is offline, but in fact it's online with many players. IP + port is 188.165.199.162:25565.
Help me? Thanks for the great service btw

Hello,
I enabled the query and set the query port to 9999. Now I tried to add the server with port 25565 (default) and query (9999), but it's not still working :/
