Update the Android App

It badly needs to be updated since it does not came up on GPlay searches for all current phone models.

I'm allergic to the upgrading rat race, just look no further than our website; and I like Game-State as it is with all its charm, but mobile apps from 2015 are not going to work on any modern device.
